Fleshcarver generates 30% increased Threat while Essence is Dormant.

Increases the damage of Dark Revenge by 10%. When Essence is Dormant, increases the damage of Dark Revenge by 20% and reduces the cooldown of Fleshcarver by 2 sec.

Increaes the damage of Fleshcarver by 5%. This bonus is doubled while Essence is Unleashed.

While wielding a two-handed weapon, Fleshcarver deals 15% increased damage if the target is affected by both Bleeding Essence and Tormenting Phantoms. If the target has 20 Tormenting Phantoms stacks, this bonus becomes 25%.

While Essence is Unleashed, Fleshcarver will stop you from lowering your Essence out of the Unleashed range, but only once every 20 sec.

Fleshcarver deals 15% increased damage to targets below 35% Health. If Fleshcarver critically hits, your next Blood Rot or Sanguine Blast will deal 20% increased damage.

While dual-wielding, Fleshcarver also strikes with your off-hand weapon for 60% of Fleshcarver's damage. Essence is lowered only once.

While wielding a two-handed weapon, Fleshcarver deals 30% increased damage if the target is affected by both Bleeding Essence and Tormenting Phantoms. If the target has 20 Tormenting Phantoms stacks, this bonus becomes 50%.

While dual-wielding, Fleshcarver also strikes with your offhand weapon for 100% of Fleshcarver's damage.the target with both weapons. Both strikes bypass 15% Armor Class and have a +10% chance to critically hit. If used while Essence is Unleashed, applies Riven Essence for 8 sec, increasing your Physical and Curse damage against the target by 8%.

While wielding a two-handed weapon, Fleshcarver deals 125% damage and bypasses 25% of the target's Armor Class. If used while Essence is Unleashed, applies Riven Essence for 8 sec, increasing your Physical and Curse damage against the target by 8%.
