Level 13
Bind an Undead enemy to the ground, rooting them in place for up to 1 min. Damage dealt has a chance to break the root effect.
Does not work against enemies in a Levitating state.
Level 14
Veils the target in healing light, restoring 40 Health every 2 sec for 20 sec.
Only useable on one target at a time.
