Mana Guzzle III

Note: This mastery unlock is not yet functional. Transforms your Mana Guzzle spell into Synaptic Hemmorhage. Unravel your target's psyche and cause it to leak mana. The target will take magical damage every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Your allies will recieve some mana when striking the target with magical spells or abilities, and you will regain mana equal 50% of the damage dealt by the effect per tick.
