While Essence is Dormant, the amount of incoming damage converted into Blood Debt is increased by 5%.

Whenever incoming damage adds Blood Debt, you gain 1 stack of Torrential Flow for 8 sec, stacking up to 5 times. When you use Life Tap, Essence Harvester, Vital Cage, or Blood Fiend’s activated effect, all stacks of Torrential Flow are consumed, reducing your remaining Blood Debt by 2% per stack and generating bonus Threat against your current target equal to 25% of the Blood Debt reduced.
