Extract Spell

Note: This mastery unlock is not yet functional. Unlocks a new ability: Extract Spell. You are masterful at extracting the spells of those whose minds you peer into. When used on an offensive target, you gain access to one random spell from them. The target is unable to use the spell you have copied for 10 seconds. The spell will remain on your bar and be useable until you remove the buff manually, at which point the cooldown will begin. Spells that have a cast time longer than 5 seconds, are channeled, or have a cooldown of greater than 20 seconds cannot be copied by Extract Spell. Due to the difficult nature of extracting complex arcane knowledge from another's mind, the power of the effect may differ from the original.
