Call Lightning II

Unlocks a new ability: Impending Storm Your Storm Wisp's Spark of Lightning has a 10% chance to apply 1 stack of Impending Storm on the target. When you cast Call Lightning, all stacks of Impending Storm will be consumed, increasing Call Lightning's damage and critical chance by 2% per stack. Impending Storm can stack up to 5 times.

If Call Lightning critically hits, refund 25% of its Mana cost. Additionally, Call Lightning now bypasses 10% of the target's Shock Resistance.

Call Lightning now consumes all charges of Talisman of Storms. Call Lightning's damage is increased by 5% and critical hit chance by 2.5% for each charge consumed.

Call Lightning now has a 15% chance to strike a second time for 60% damage. The second strike will not be affected by Talisman of Storm charges.

If Call Lightning critically hits, refund 40% of its Mana cost. Additionally, Call Lightning now bypasses 20% of the target's Shock Resistance.

Stormfire's damage ticks have a 5% chance to reduce the cooldown of Call Lightning by 1 sec.

Stormfire's damage ticks have a 10% chance to reduce the cooldown of Call Lightning by 1 sec.

When Call Lightning critically hits while you are in Wisp Form, its cooldown is reduced by 2 sec.

While in Wisp Form, critical hits with Call Lightning immediately refresh its cooldown, make your next Call Lightning instant cast and reduce its Mana cost by 50%. This effect can only occur once every 5 seconds.
