Toggle. Imbue yourself with lightning speed, consuming 1 shock focus per 3 seconds to grant yourself 45% increased movespeed. The effect requires concentration, thus taking significant damage or losing control of your character will cause the effect to end. Cooldown begins after the effect ends.
