Grand Trickery: Copy Magic II

If used on an ally or yourself, it will grant a copy of the next successfully casted damage, control or healing spell that can be used without a resource cost, is not subject to the cooldown of the original ability and is at 100% of the original’s potency. Only casted (not channeled), instant cast spells and abilities with a cooldown of less than 30 seconds, and with a cast time of less than 5 seconds base can be replicated by Copy Magic. If a character has benefitted from this spell, they cannot be affected by it again for at least 3 minutes.
