Blind Rage II

Only useable on Charmed minions. You infuse your minion with welling rage, increasing their hate, critical strike chance and damage by 15% for 30 seconds, but lowering their defenses signifcicantly - they will take 30% more damage from spells and attacks while the effect is active.
