The Multi Group encounters are not the same as what most know as Raid encounters yet.
Multi-Group encounters in Pantheon are the first testing steps towards Raids which will have much more sophisticated mechanics.
There is no UI support yet for raid group visibility.
The Raid design tool is still in development and will be implemented in future updates.
