Does anyone else wonder why it drops off something so high lvl yet is no longer needed? bc likely got plenty of glyphs to cover. Maybe I'm missing something here /shrugs

It’s so when you look at it in your inventory, it reminds you of the ONE time it spawned and all you got was this….

Glyphs even with the 2nd ones are NOT enough cold resistance for the area this guy spawns in. I have all 2nd tier glyphs, this skull, the cloak and it is still not enough to keep you from suffering from cold effects. You still need more which you can get thru other gear etc.
