confirmed drop 31 Jan, skelly is crazy fun and strong, drains hp to give mana and huge damage spike for casters.

Does not snapshot dots on necro, but will immediately bonus those already applied. Damage increase by 35%, soon patched to 25% Very worth getting.

It does not work for heals or dots on a shaman. Only DD spells increased.

confirmed does not effect dots. I think it does help necros with undead DD and lifetaps

Invis'd down and got it to drop on first try on enchanter. Seems like a 25% spell damage bonus for 15 seconds on a 1 min CD. Turns you into a skeleton during the duration and lightly damages you as well.
