Confirmed drop 28 Jan, relatively rare, only seen once out of 12 kills.

i think its great for a low level caster. we all melee at low level. agi for wizard cold nukes, agi for dodge. con for hit rating. i wanted to put on shaman. seems great for all who can wield it at low levels. great DPS :)
