Use: Evolves your Mesmerize III ability into Mesmerize IV.
Enrapture the mind of an enemy, mesmerizing them for up to {buffid:4867:Duration} sec, preventing them from taking any actions. You can only use Mesmerize on one enemy at a time. Damage and various offensive abilities will break the effect. Cannot use on targets higher than level 34.
