Use: Evolves your Lesser Expulse Thunder ability into Expulse Thunder.
Deals Shock damage and grants a stack of "Rising Lightning". Each stack of Rising Lightning increases the damage of the next Expulse Lightning by 25%, increases the mana cost by 50%, and reduces the cast time by 30%. This effect can stack two times. Each stack increases the Focus cost of Expulse Lightning by 1, to a maximum of 3.
