Use: Evolves your Expulse Flame ability into Improved Expulse Flame.
Deals Fire damage and grants a stack of "Rising Flames". Each stack of Rising Flames increases the damage of the next Fiery Lance by 25%, increases the mana cost by 50%, and reduces the cast time by 30%. This effect can stack two times. Each stack increases the Focus cost of Fiery Lance by 1, to a maximum of 3.
