Deals damage over time and impairs your target's senses with one of the following effects, chosen randomly when the spell is successfully cast. If the spell is cast again on the same target before the original effect expires, the effect will be randomly rolled again and will not stack. Lasts 30 seconds. Hiccups: 10% chance on spell cast to suffer 1s of pushback. Tremors: 10% chance on melee and ranged attacks to fumble and drop weapon for 4 seconds. Inebriated: 10% chance on ability or spell use to fall down for 3 seconds. Blind: Decreases the target's accuracy and avoidance by 3%.
