dropped today on Aevos. I hadn't seen this before today's patch, and i've seen 2 of them now. Not sure if the previous one dropped from the same mob type or if it's random to all the hobgoblins in this area or what. Pretty sure this is a named. Killed it twice and got loot each time. Got the stompers once and also got Grimy Leather Jerkin, Unique Magic, Leather AC15 AGI+1 DEX +1 for warr, rog, clr, pal, dl, rng, dru, shm, bard
