Only done it once, but wasn't a particular hard fight for a 36-44 level group, just lots of HP to gnaw through. - It spawns some minispiders that attack for 10 seconds then selfdetonate for around 10-25% your hp, but could and should be avoided by squishys. For tank its np. - Knockbacks that will always target the furthest away target every 15-20 sec or so. My wiz GF got thumped into the water 10 times before she picked up on that, moved closer and let our dorf cleric get tossed in the rest of the match instead. - Some dots and meleeattacks that are negligible, but probably can be dispelled and blocked for a lower level group/raid. - MOST IMPORTANT: Below 50% hp it will cast a spell called blooddrinker, which will heal it alot and arguably draw the fight out forever if you have low dmg. It needs to be silenced. We alternated enchanter "Hush" and Wizard "Glint", but any other is probably fine. Only drops one dagger for rogue only, but it's a pretty nice one. Good Luck :)

I believe it is Curse resistance that you want to have unless it changed.

Still a 6 hour spawn timer. I really like the no-drop items and feel like they went the right direction with the loot on this mob. BiS cloak (so widely ignored until now). Not sure how I feel about the BiS weapon for melee coming from a level 40 raid mob that can be 1 grouped, but it's nice that it's no-drop so you have to be there and cannot just buy your way.
