Rilo the Insomniac

Have killed Rilo about 6 times this season. The shirt drops 100% of the time. Have yet to see Scuffed Pendant. He also seems to drop random equipment like Simple Handwraps, Patch-Hide Cap, and more. Usually drops a Mild Antidote or bandages. Often get Crude Grinding Stone too.

i just killed him for the first time, and got the scuffed pendant, so the shirt is not 100% as the above comment says.

-1 constitution seems to have been taken off the necklace as of the last patch

Necklace is now: +5 Awareness +18 Dodge Rating

the shirt is likely as placeholder for the necklace

Slog Beetle is also a daytime PH.

Spawn time 3 in game hours which I believe is 15 minutes? This was during the day, i think night moves faster but ph would still be 15 min.

Go there at /time 18, it will take a minute or two for the first spawn of Rilo or the ph young viper. After killing it wait 15 minutes for respawn. After killing twice in a night that's it, night lasts 30 minutes or 2.5min/hr so I'm like 99% sure it's impossible to get a third spawn.

Does necklace still drop? I have gotten BP over 2 dozen times now.

Just killed him and he does still drop the necklace, having the same stats. However he was light blue to me at level 12, so the level's not 7 like it says currently.

What does "Awareness" do though?

Killed 2 Ghost Vipers and the sun rose and a spider spawned. He may have taken sleeping pills. No show .

I spent several days camping this Named. All its PHs spawned as described by other players: during the day, beetles and spiders, and at night, young vipers. During the day, they spawn every 3 hours (game time), but at night, every 5. It only spawns once or twice at night. However, after killing each of its PHs consecutively for more than five nights (game time), the Named never appeared for me. I don’t think it’s active.

dont get it....no spawn...no matter what i kill before

Not active - no PHs and no spawns after half a dozen day / night cycles.

I got the Scuffed Pendant to drop after killing Rilo I think 6 or 7 times. It has +2 Awareness and not +5.

Dropped an Ulthirian Sigil material, not sure its use
