diamond-fang viper

Have seen this mob con white at lvl 6 (in addition to yellow [so likely 6-7 range]). Uses "Venomous Bite" which can cause Weak Poison DoT (-3 hp per tick) Standard drops: Snake Blood, Snake Eye, Large Snake Fang, Small Snake Venom Gland, Tarnished Ring Skinning drops: Snake meat, Low-quality Snakeskin, and Tattered Snakeskin

I have killed the diamond-fang 100+ times and have not see the daggers. They have a super low drop chance.

You can also get them in chests. I got mine off a chest in AVP.
