For the lower spawn, He spawns with a shield and a weapon. His ph is the raider closest to the door. The two mobs closest to the door, the ph and an add, were respawning at the exact same time 4 cycles ina row even tho we would split there kill times apart by along time. When repops i would watch them both instantly spawn together. Then other times i would see them spawn alone.. idk if this is a mechanic that if they arnt split enough time wise they repop at the same time.

Yesterday hangore was a mess train of adds kept coming outa no were wiping our group started of with a warchief up when we got to camp next repop was a warchief again. Then We got wiped 4 times and went else were from trains ect we got one warchief kill out of the two we saw that day and it droped a DL chain legs

Problem with warchief, both upper and lower, is the seer adds that will heal like crazy and cast "ancestral fire" which will break any CC on nearby mobs. Can try to bodypull, but is risky. The most consistent for us have just been for tank and chanter to rush in, tank interrupts AF one and chanter other, and then chanter keep them CCed while you kill off boss. If they still get the AF off, you need to drag them apart out of AF/healing range and kill individually, which can be hard for lower level groups - For highlevel groups, 35+ you can just dps through it ofc. Warchief itself is pretty easy. He hits like a wet noodle before 50% hp. Then he starts to throw his explosive charges. Kinda like the scout one, except these are 3 at once, each sticking to a player (debuff), and explodes after 3 sec for 300 AoE dmg each. If you're all cuddled up, everyone below 900 hp dies. So team just needs to spread out, and especially if you get the debuff, run away from the others.

you still can but it gets harder to do so the higher your level because body pull range reduces the high level you are

Weve killed this warchief soo many times for so long i stoped counting and never once did we ever see the spear drop countless kills never got the spear to drop.

Does anyone have a last recorded date of the spear of endless frost droping? Like i said we never seen one leveling. i got to level 32 on two toons and 42 on another and never seen the spear drop leveling all three toons doing warcheilf on all of them.

Went to Galfang yesterday and killed him 2 Times. 1 Belt and 1 Spear dropped. So yes, I can confir, that the item is still in the game!

That's incredible luck. I leveled in hangore from my mid twenties up to like 36 and killed warchief at least 100 times throughout that time and have never seen the spear drop. The drop rate on this item is quite low. For comparison, I gained a few levels within the same range in Knightwolf mountain and during that time I saw 3 blades of carnage from Wycan and 2 braided needles from Razorfang. Grats!
