Green to a 34, assuming Dobian is around level 23ish considering the required level of the gloves. He does summon mercs for hire which have the stomp. Just more hp (2xish) than a normal mob.

Dobian I have been told can spawn at any one of the First 3 fires after the first bridge. I can personally confirm the second fire ,left of bridge at the bottom of the stairs and the 3rd fire atop the next cliff at the first fire at the top of the stairs.. I would say he has .ore then double a normal mobs hp.
