Trapmaker Krell

Most valuable thing I've got from him is Rusted Longsword 3 damage and a 2.9 delay. Spawn times are 15 mins killed him four times to get the leggings.

Leggings seem to drop frequently. Also picked up Scuffed Jerking - Leather - 12 armor - +1 str - same class restrictions.

Dropped Scuffed Boots for me, 9 Armor, +1 Strength. Same classes

He drops Scuffed Gloves too (6 Armor, +1 STA), same classes rectrictions

Can confirm the 15-20 minutes respawn timer. He follows a small L-shaped patrol route and can despawn. If he despawns like that, he will respawn after 2-5 minutes at his normal spawn.

Also drops the clothier's needle for the quest "Golden Needle."

not sure this guy drops the armor any more? several hours farming this guy still no armor drops.

Unfortunately, I believe he no longer drops the armor or it's incredibly rare. Killed approximately 12 times without a single armor drop.

Removed the Scuffed armour drops, thanks! It may still drop from masked bandit and/or Rilo.

Killed three times today - 1st kill got Scuffed Leggings (9 AC +1 Stam) Leather for War, Monk, Druid, Shaman, Cleric, Paladin, Rogue, Ranger, Bard Other 2 times just trash/common loot.
