Ah, just the one I was hoping to see! We’ve got a problem down at the docks. Word is, a group of smugglers has been sneaking in contraband under cover of night. They’re clever, but not clever enough to escape our notice. If you’re up to it, I need you to head down there after dark, catch them in the act, and put an end to their dirty dealings. Bring me back whatever you can recover, and we’ll make sure justice is served. What do you say? Up for a little nighttime adventure?

Do not kill the warf rats during the day time, they appear to be Placeholders for the smugglers and switch from rats to the smugglers shortly after dark. I made the mistake of killing all but one of the rats the first time while i waited for dark and only 1 smuggler spawned.
