(Fletching) Custom Order

Here, look at this. This scroll just appeared on my table yesterday morning. Annoying mages can’t even be bothered to come down from their tower and ask for things in person.

I don’t know who this Huafa person is, but he says he wants to place a custom order. I don’t have time to work on silly knicknacks, so the job is yours if you want it.

If you are not confident in your skill yet, try making a few cudgels first before you go see him. His note says you can find him at the Arcanery - that’s the wizard school up above the city. Supposedly there is a magical way to get there.
