Hmm. If I am not mistaken, you have helped us with the Gadai both here and near the capital, yes? Lieutenant Hornbelle and Captain Bolus both speak highly of you.

The Gadai have become a larger problem, and I have been dispatched to determine why a simple group of bandits are seemingly so well-informed and equipped. I could use your help in my investigation, if you are willing. You will of course be compensated for the time and the risk.

To begin with, it is my understanding that the Gadai have two large camps here in the pass. I need you to verify their numbers at both locations. Along with that, please let me know if you spot anything that might help with my investigation as well.

I don't [i]think[/i] so - but note that there are two pre-requisite questlines you must have done first, both Delivering Justice and The Roughs of Gadai (see box in top-right)

Just tried to get this quest at lvl 16 and investigator has nothing for me, but my lvl 21 friend got the next quest. So must be level locked.
