Hello there, stranger. Don’t mind me, just feeling a bit sorry for myself. Ever do one of those things that you know is dumb but you do it anyway… then instantly regret it? Yep, that’s me. Last night I was visiting my sister in Avalia, and she urged me to wait until the morning before traveling home, but I didn’t listen. By the time I made my way to Avendyr’s Pass, it was already dark. I still get turned around in the woods, and before I knew it, I was surrounded by bandits. They attacked, bruised me up pretty good, and stole my lucky pendant. It’s a family heirloom, actually. I’m devastated and don’t have the courage to go out and face them, or my sister. Would you please help me? I need the pendant as quickly as possible-the bandits have multiple camps in the woods southwest of here. I’ve heard one of the bandits, known as ‘The Outlaw’, is the one who took it. Surely one of them has it.
