I can’t keep treating you as my personal helper. Please know that I’m grateful for everything you’ve done for the tavern.

I have one final request though, if you wouldn’t mind. Don’t worry, it’s simple. I asked the Clothier to make me a new apron. Do you think you could walk over and get it for me?

Tailor is just one building over. Talk to her and just go back to the cooking lady

If you're doing this quest in Wild's End you go talk to Kaia(Tailor) (shes SW of Malia) by right clicking and looking at her inventory which causes the quest to auto update. Then just return to Malia for your sweet reward.
