Look upon these banners–symbols of the Wards, of our people, of our devotion. And look how time has dulled them.
The Wards deserve better. Their colors should shine bold and true, so all who pass may remember the paths we walk. But dyes fade, cloth weakens, and reverence alone won’t restore them.
The lynxes that prowl below–their pelts take dye beautifully, deep and lasting, like the colors of home. Bring me three of their finest, and we will weave their strength into the banners once more.
Hovor the Wards, and the Wards will honor you.
