A Meal with Some Bite

You ever had a proper Muckjaw Dumpling? No, I don’t mean that soggy mess they pass off as food in Thronefast – I’m talking the kind that melts in your mouth while your soul ascends to somewhere better.

Problem is, Muckjaw Snappers – mean, ugly, armor-plated swamp turtles – are getting harder to find. Either they’re getting wise to me, or they’ve decided to be extra nasty this season. Those things don’t just bite – they clamp. Get your hand caught, and it’s theirs now.

But you? You look like you’ve still got all your fingers, so you’ve got nothing to lose. Go out to the wetlands, bring me some fresh Snapper Meat, and try not to come back missing a limb. No one wants a one-handed cook.

And make sure it’s a good cut. I’m not making dumplings out of scraps.
