This necklace confirms some of our worst fears. But my voice alone is not enough. I serve the Ministry, yes, but I am not the final word. Not in matters this old.

Take this writ, signed and sealed. Travel to Thronefast, and present it to Minister Thelion, one of the senior Ministers in the capital. I’ll send word for him to meet you outside the tower near the village of Avallia.

A warning: Thelion is not one for pleasantries. He does not suffer the ignorant. But he will know the relic for what it is. And if he agrees with my assessment… the Mistery may take official notice.
