This is a place-holder for all Work-Order-Token purchases.
You do one or more Work Order Quests to collect enough tokens to purchase a Schematic. Schematics cost 1 or more tokens.
Work orders are specific to your profession and also specific to a particular NPC, or set of NPCs.
Various NPCs offer the Work Orders (see the Looking for Work quest).
In Sorhiryth, Anela is the only source for these Purchase-quests.
In Avalia, not added yet, but very likely Alden Fairwright (Supplier).
