If the event is triggered by one person, only the person who triggered it, will see the conversation dialog between the guards.
Everyone in close-by proximity will get the “Sneal into the Avalia Guardhouse…” quest part update, so dont forget to loot the item on the table when the guards are gone.
If you got the Sneak into update but forgot to loot the item before it despawned, wait outsidefor 3-5mins and then go back to the hide spot to trigger the event again and loot the missing item.
