Bind a talisman of a harnessed storm spirit to yourself for 60 minutes, granting 1 charge of Talisman of Storms.

Each charge increases your Spell Haste by 2%. When you take damage, the talisman retaliates against the attacker, dealing moderate Shock damage with a 50% chance to Stun them for 1 second. This damage increases based on your number of Talisman of Storms charges and cannot occur more than once every 3 seconds.

While active, direct damage from your Verdanfire Bolt, Crackling Verdanfire, Ignite, Stormfire, and your Storm Wisp’s Sparking Bolt has a 5% chance to generate 1 Talisman of Storms charge, up to a max of 3 charges.
