Searing Blade IV

Increases the elemental damage contributed by your weapon to Searing Blade and Frostblind by 10%. Stronger weapons will benefit more from this effect. Additionally, Searing Blade will gain an +5% critical strike chance versus targets that are electrified or crystallized, and Frostblind will gain an +5% critical strike chance versus targets who are burning or electrified.

Additionally, Searing Blade will gain +10% critical strike chance versus targets that are electrified or crystallized, and Frostblind will gain an +5% critical strike chance, and 5% spell and armor penetration versus targets who are burning or electrified.

Critical strikes with Searing Blade, Frostblind, Fiery Onslaught and Elemental Blasts reduce the cast time of your next Flamestrike or Unstable Vortex spell by 25%. Stacks up to 4 times. Stacks last until consumed.

Your Frostblind and Searing Blade each place 3 stacks of their debuff on the target, instead of 2.

If your target dies while under the effect of Searing Blade and/or Frostblind, regain 1 Focus of that element(s).
