Mol-Thrane's Stormfist has a 100% chance to knock the target down and can be charged while moving. Damage delt from your Rainment of the Tempest is increased and can now be triggered by ranged attacks and spells, and the damage of your Mol-Thrane's Messenger impact is increased by 25%.
