Rebuke IV [Hastened Rebuke I]

For each point spent in the Judgement (Right) Mastery branch, Rebuke gains bonus damage equal to 5% of your Strength. This effect scales with up to 30 points spent, for a maximum bonus equal to 150% of your Strength.

While Tome of Judgement is equipped, Rebuke deals +5% damage when Tribunal is not active.

Increases the critical hit chance of your Rebuke spell against targets affected by Reprimand by 2%.

Your Rebuke and Smite spells now apply Reprimand, increasing incoming spell damage by 2.5%.

When Tribunal is not active, reduces the cast time of Rebuke by 0.5 sec and increases Rebuke's spell pushback resistance by 25%.

While Tribunal is active, Smite gains +3% critical chance against targets affected by Searing Light. While Tribunal is inactive, Rebuke gains 3% critical chance against targets affected by Searing Light.

Landing a critical hit with Rebuke will activate Tribunal for 20 sec. While Tribunal is active, Smite deals 25% increased damage and gains 10% increased critical hit chance. Each consecutive Smite cast during Tribunal reduces Smite's cast time by 0.2 sec. Tribunal cannot be refreshed while active and Smite's cast time cannot be reduced below 1 sec. When Tribunal ends, you gain Repose for 10 sec. Tribunal cannot be triggered while Repose is active.

Increases the critical hit chance of your Rebuke spell against targets affected by Reprimand by 4%.

During Castigator's Rage, if Tome of Divine Fury is equipped, your critical hits with Rebuke and Smite refund 50% of their Mana cost.

While Tome of Judgement is equipped, Rebuke deals +15% damage when Tribunal is not active.

When Rebuke triggers Tribunal, the cooldown of Conviction is reduced by 20 sec.
