Seekers entered, laying themselves to rest, trusting that eternity would one day be grasped. Thus its halls were sanctuaries of quiet slumber.

But not all were willing to wait.

As ages passed, some grew impatient and chose a different path. The sanctuary became fractured. Mechanisms meant to preserve were twisted to bind. Silence gave way to unrest.

Yet their striving was futile.

Many ages have passed. Within these halls, the dream of immortality has become a prison sentence. And the cost of grasping for eternity, instead of waiting for it, still lingers in the dark.”
