Throw a flask filled with intoxicating fumes at an enemy, mesmerizing them for up to 15 sec. Any damage dealt to the target while mesmerized will break the effect. Requires Shadow Walk. If used while the target is stunned by Flash Bomb, they will lose all threat against the caster.
