Scroll: Basic Elemental Focus

You are keenly attuned to the elemental energies all around you. For each element (fire, cold, and shock) that is fully focused, you will gain passive mana regeneration per tick, for each full focus element. Wizard Passive - If you attempt to consume Focus for an element you do not have, it will consume Focus randomly at a 2:1 ratio. If you run out of Focus the price is paid in blood at 10% health per Focus.
