He does drop a ring called Wolfhead Ring that gives +1 Agility and +1 Dexterity and is Unique and Magic

I had the key dropping and we managed to open the chest, however, the item inside said that i couldnt pick up the quest item cause i didnt had the quest, anyone knows where this quest begins?

The associated quest is called "Raid the Thugs" and the quest giver is Foreman Aldeus in the town of Availia (More commonly known as the tradeskills quest giver) You need the Ringleader's Lock Box Key off this mob to access the box and loot the quest item. You can not loot the item unless you are actively on the quest. ~Storm <EA Black Moon Server>

I think this quest has moved to Dorion, the new Treasure Hunter NPC in the Tavern - try talking to him

Solod him as a level 19 Wizard, he does quite a lot of damage with waylay like anything else so make sure to interrupt that. You will need all your focus recharge skills up so you can ice volley him down as fast as possible he does significant damage and is a lot harder than anything else in that camp. Gave up trying to spawn him by killing random mobs so just shard hopped and checked every now & then until I found him wandering in the middle of the camp, walking from inside the house at the lake up the small hill to the left stopping at the fire and then back.
