Looted an item called "Dirty Ribbon" today. General. Weight 0.1. Merchant Value 15 copper. "There is still a little blood on it that won't come off."

Confirmed, I also looted the same thing. Does not appear to have any use, and isn't listed on this site (yet?). I sold it to a vendor, hope I don't regret that!

Yeah we don't tend to list things that are in "General" and have no use. There's enough other things to add for now! Maybe we'll change that eventually. But to confirm, no, don't believe the dirty ribbon has any use yet.

No, there's plenty of rabbits at night in TF, they are called "Moonhopper".
