The boots are legit, they increase movement speed while in shadow walk as well (rogue stealth)

Yes, farmed this a few days back with a few guildies. Didn't get the boots. We cleared the 3 on left, had tank stand all the way up and left with rest of group having their back to the boss' cubby. Then we'd pull boss as far from party as possible. Boss spawned roughly 1/10 and we killed it 3-4 times. Havensong - Manly - 26 Paladin - Farming named mobs like crazy

Can confirm, after farming this across 4 shards for hours, I ran into 114 PH's and 4 Bosses. So the boss does indeed still spawn but seems to be ultra-rare. Dropped Dagger & 3 Helms. Spawn rate is definitely really bad.

Fang of shade is now 10 damage and 2.2 delay for 4.55 DPS now instead of 9 damage 2.3 delay for 3.91 dps. Huge upgrade, #3 dagger in game, just a hair behind needle depending on hit needs.

Just came up here to her for first time ever iirc She was already UP! Dropped the Dagger HOPING for another spawn so I can get those dang Boots I keep hearing people talk about :D
