The message boy refuses to give up or give over. Correspondence from Requias himself, destined for Thronefast… we must have it.
Kill him. Do it now, before any eyes place the two of you. His won’t be the first smuggler’s body the Valley Guard find in the mist of their morning patrol.
Return to me in the Barrowdark with letter in hand.

Drops only one letter per person.

This quest needs to be done by one person at a time. You can help the person during the fight, but don’t start and complete the dialog with Silas if you’re not the person who loots the letter! Otherwise this quest will bugged out for you and you can’t start the dialog with Silas anymore.

Do it only with chars which can hit a level 25. The quest will bug out If you die or reset the npc. The npc is no more attackable and you can’t reset the quest.
