But that ring? A symbol. A wound that still bleeds in Thronefast’s noble courts. His family still grieves. His mother weeps in velvet.
Consider the leverage such an item provides.
The lengths a grieving mother would go to recover her son’s ring know few limits. When you have it return to me in the Barrowdark.
