One with the Wind

Greetings again, initiate. You have grown much. I believe there is one final lesson that I may guide you to, if you are willing.

South of here, along the road leading to the capital, stands a large rock spire, one of the tallest points within the Forelyn here. At its peak, the wind is strong, and you must take care to retain your footing. The journey to the spire may be dangerous as well. I have heard that a group of bandits camps near its base.

Your task is to climb this spire, and when you reach its peak, witness the power of the wind. With practice, you will be able to move as the wind does, and topple any foe you face.
