can be used for level 72 crafting of blood iron bars. make upgraded gear typically adding 1-2 stats over the base iron bar recipe.

how do you learn blood iron . black iron temper? is it a quest to learn about it? reason i am asking is tailoring has nothing like that to my knowledge

I think theres an Alchemy recipe you can buy from the vendor for these... might be called Iron Alloy something.

Alchemy doesn't currently have in game recipes but you can view them all here on this site. Put the correct items in the improved alchemy kit and you can make them. 3x Glimwort Pulp, 2x Spectral Essence, Shimmering Celestium, Alchemical Flux, 2x Sulfur

neither tailoring nor leatherworking have an equivalent yet. I believe you just make a normal t3 item but instead of the iron bar you put the blood iron

Its a Smelting process, level 72 to combine it. To make the temper you need Alchemy lvl 36
