Farm this mob over 10 times so far and it has dropped nothing. Not even general items :(

Multiple places near HC that this mob spawns.. so far I have killed around 7 though and there is no drop. So the spawn rate is less than 10-15 minutes. Finally got the spell but the drop rate is significantly less than 15-20% probably killed around 15 running a long circle from the rock to the bind stone.
