Seems to be so. The current "/Stuck Bind" isn't supposed to stay in game. More than likely this will be the in game way.

It was in the game and it sucks they seemed to have removed it...was a great cloak for lower levels...now there seems to only be trash.

think it's been removed or drop rate changed when moved from once every 12 hours to PH every 3.5 hours. Killed 40+ times over last few weeks and no drops.

This being two handed makes it useless.. atfirst it looked like the bis mainhand but now its def two handed and useless..

I can get sister to spawn in the balconey of the bar consistently. And we saw 5 dame this last weekend. Maybe contact a gm and tell them about it your server may be buggd

We got 5 this last weekend. 2 bracer 2 shield and one blade. She deff still pops but we saw 0 on my playtime tuesday. But those who were there before me that day got a shield so just one dame tues all day

Can't get either one to spawn. We've killed everything in sight and all PH and still no spawn. Have never seen a Dame spawn or a Sister spawn. Any tips?

Got robe tonight but it did not have the HASTE on it.... stats were only 4 Int, 2 Dex, 1 Cha.

The damage you get to work in between casts by meleeing with the hardest hitting weapon in the game is for sure worth it. Also makes Vine Whip hit for 80+ making it worth keeping your readiness used. Physical damage from melee/whip makes up 25-30% of my damage on the TD encounter. Can crit for over 200 on greys as well. Just a heads up, for some reason, it has the same knockdown proc that the Crook of Coruscation has.

Fyi keeping sister palia upnin the next room on the balcony prevents you from having to fight her in the dame room. Doesnt increase dames spawn but prevent that named thats arguably harder than dame to spawn in your room.

I think it's 16. Until you get to the highest level summons (level 36-40 ones,) all necro pet summons can be up to +4 levels of the level of the spell.

Both mobs are immune to Mez... Rakiji is Iron Willed... the pet wasnt, but was immune to my mez. Not sure if other CC might work.

Statwise a disappointment for druids. Compared to a combo of Platinum-Inlaid Buckler and Blackbark Scimitar a druid gains 1 Wis and 2% Spell Crit ….. wow :( And with 5.5 delay it is kinda useless in melee to profit from talisman heals on hit….

Can you explain that? How does 1 spell power equal 4 wisdom? Does it actualy give you 4 + wis or did you mean somthing else

1 Spell power = 4 wis and similar buff to int

You have to wait the same time as with other mobs if you are not in the kill group.

are u suposed to get the ember gemstone back to take to EP? i turned in the ember gemstone and he didnt give it back and is telling me to go show it to the jeweler in EP but i didnt get the stone abck to show to em....
