Seems the summoned pet weapons are permanent, unlike the armor. I've had to resummon the armor for my arcamentals as expected but they still have their weapons when I log in not sure if as intended or a bug currently..
This weapon has a life stealing proc on it. The damage is around 19-20 base. Training dummy resisted 4 so the damage was 15. Heal was for 15. Damage type is curse and the proc name is called "Lichdrain".
3 main spells, AOE fear, PBAE LIfe Tap and Summon Minion. Depending on the nuumber of interrupts you have, you need to prioritize the life tap and off tank or DPS the adds. He has a fair amount of HP's and him self-healing is bad.
Just won one tonight. Confirming this damage is accurate. Level 50 training dummy in availia shows 28 damage dealt with 9 resisted meaning that the base damage is 37. Also of note - the damage type is Magic (not poison).
IMO this is the best in slot belt for necromancers. The TD belt has an equivalent amount of intellect and +2 stamina, but the spell crit and spell hit from this contribute to better DPS. Every tick of a DoT can crit and a high crit % can really boost your damage. This also applies to life tap and the "shatter bones" line of spells.
Just won one of these tonight at TD. Testing on the Availia dummy proves that it's working. Using the Celis Coiled Halberd at 5.0 swing speed without the cloak -- I am consistently seeing auto attack damage dealt every 5 seconds in the combat log. With the cloak on, I see damage dealt wavering between 4 and 5 seconds (meaning that the haste is being applied). Since the Pantheon combat log does not have sub-second times this was the best test I could do.
First set of moving stones be Patient. Second set of moving stones with lasers. Just move back stand in middle/hot heal/ group heal. The key poison room just take 1 step inside go first person view buff/bubble/hot heal send 1 person at a time. Healer usually.last. Monk dash/Rogue sprint to shadows help. If 2 healers send 1 first pre target and heal halfway down.
Some wierd reason i think small races can stand in the well light. Right behind the boss my dwarf shm was able to heal and not get feared standing inside it. Not sure if this by design or small race error.
I made a map of lvl2 nightfall crypt. Posted it in discord general chat. Complete with traps and how to defeat them. Also how to get the key.Enjoy get those keys! Tried posting here not sure how too.
He drops two robes robe of echoes has no hood model and no spell crit and the robe of whispers has a hood model and 18 spell crit.. the mask shows on the robe without the hood model for fashion questers
Dropped Sleek Iron Dirk.
It's NOT tagged "Magic" anymore.
Also, Shamans are able to use it now. ( Warrior Rogue Wizard Ranger Enchanter Shaman Summoner Necromancer Bard )
Someone was kind enough to let me borrow one. Some information on the proc:
It is called Celis strike and does ~40 nature damage to the mob every time it goes off. I did see the proc crit once for around 55 damage. The buff lasts for 10 seconds and gives you +6 str and +10 Nature resistance. The weapon has a very slow swing speed at 5.0 seconds so to make the most out of the buff window, dump as many abilities modified by STR as you can. You will at most get 2 auto attacks with the +6 str, at least until they put haste back into the game.
I was beating on a level 50 training dummy in Availia on my 50 warrior, and with the high weapon damage this halberd offers it significantly impacted the damage range of all the instant strikes / techniques -- even the ones that are modified by AGI. With 50 baseline STR and self buffs only (totem + ghaldassi neck + banner of onslaught 3) my strikes of breaking were hitting for ~120 non crit and 170+ on crit. Likewise, brutal cleave was hitting for 200+ non crit and 340+ crit. Forward swing ranged from ~150 non crit to 240 crit. Every ability hits harder with this weapon equipped, so if you're good at managing your battle points + have decent actions per minute this weapon is capable of very good DPS output.
Soloed this guy on my level 36 necromancer. Dropped the bracers. Big upgrade from the ethereal cloth ones he was wearing. If you're wanting to try your hand at soloing him, you need a class with an interrupt or some kind of instant crowd control. He uses a channeled "Renew Bones" ability every 30 seconds or so when he gets low on health. I used my warrior pet's bash on command whenever I saw him casting it. It is susceptible to snare so it's pretty easy to kite. As long as you stay on top of interrupts it's not bad at all.
I tested this 3/7/26 and ... Yes, it actually DOES work. In fact I parsed higher than 15%, but that could be procs, the 4str on the item, or other factors beyond attack speed.
I used the lv50 dummy in Availia for 1 hour, in 5 min increments with/without.
If you get time, can you test on avalia test dummies? Auto attack with just a mainhand equipped + without the cloak equipped and look at the time stamps in the combat log. Subtract the time from the last swing from the time of the current swing and see if it matches the delay on your weapons. Then equip the cloak with the same mainhand weapon and compare timestamps again. If it works that means that haste isn't 100% out of the game right now.
