He has a couple dots, life drain, fear, and summon add. Have the dps tear down the add with the tank on the boss. His life tap either needs to be interrupted and or use a healing reducer like dire lords 30.5% torment line. The fear isn’t a big deal imo

He spawned right in front of the pillar for me. Upper Skeli Ruins and the walking skeleton to the cave was not the placeholder for me. Dropped the Cord. Was able to solo him as a 13 Shaman but took forever because he has an AC buff.

So far today 0-11 on the Chief spawn. 11 ph and zero chief spawns. Anyone seen him lately? During this same time I've seen 6 Corrupted Rockbone Goblin. 17 spawns now and no chief.

INT stacking on a Druid makes your DD's go nuts, if you like the DPS aspect of play.

Hes a group mob not solo always has been - Hes a ranger so low hp comparitvely and very weak

Regal Crested Spaulders are better. I could never find a torn map fragment until I had much better shoulders than this quest gives as a reward.

The boxes use some sort of proximity check. If you're too close to it after looting it will not respawn. Respawns on ~5 min timer. If it doesn't despawn after 30 seconds you're too close.

Don't know if you are updating based on PTR. But I got the earring last night on PTR and it was -1 Sta, +1 Wis, +1 Presence (new name for Cha)
